The beautiful CHRISTUS Village campus is taking shape. To ensure quality and durability, the latest 21st century construction techniques are employed throughout our French Country-inspired campus. Residences and community buildings will take up only 15 of the 40 acres on campus, leaving plenty of space for trails, trees, park-like settings and natural beauty.

Future residents of CHRISTUS Village have already begun reserving their apartments and chateaus, but it’s not too late for you to be a part of it all. The community is already over 25% reserved, but there are still plenty of amazing residences remaining for those who act now. By making a fully refundable deposit, you can reserve your apartment or chateau and become a member of the Charter Resident Club. Charter Residents receive 4% interest on their deposit to be applied to their entry fee, lower preconstruction pricing and invitations to special events just for Charter Residents.
